Built by an overseas Pakistani, for overseas Pakistanis
As an overseas Pakistani, the dream of owning land back home has always been deeply personal to me. I wanted a place of my own in Pakistan — not just as an investment, but as a living, breathing space where I could grow organic food, keep animals, raise chickens, plant trees, enjoy clean air, and create memories with family and friends over simple home-grown breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
But the journey was never easy.
Since 2014, I have been searching for land across the Potohar belt — around Rawalpindi, Chakri, Fateh Jang, and the surrounding rural areas. Like many overseas Pakistanis, I quickly realised that buying land in Pakistan is not simply about finding a beautiful location. It is about navigating unclear ownership, fake paperwork, incomplete due diligence, boundary confusion, land disputes, and the constant fear of qabza or fraud.
In 2019, I purchased land that came with its own problems, and I had to spend time and energy resolving them. That experience taught me how difficult and stressful this journey can be, especially for someone living abroad. But it also taught me what to look for, what questions to ask, which documents matter, how boundaries should be checked, and why visual transparency is so important before making a decision.
I continued on this journey until I finally secured my first two acres of land — the kind of place I had always imagined converting into a farmhouse, a small working farm, and a peaceful retreat where my dreams could slowly become reality.
Landistry was born from that journey.
It is built from my own experience, my own challenges, and my own belief that overseas Pakistanis — and Pakistanis living locally — deserve a safer, clearer, and more trustworthy way to discover and buy rural land. Our passion is to help people reconnect with Pakistan through land: whether for a farmhouse, an orchard, organic farming, a weekend retreat, or a legacy for the next generation.
